  • I went in for a fill and the lady that did my nails filed the nail bed too short and it started bleeding. No apology. I paid full price for my fill. A few hours later I bump my hand and my nail TEARS OFF at the root. I went back a week later and show them my broken nail and explain what happened and they brought me to a nail tech. She made me bleed five minutes into starting on my nails. Followed by acetone into the fresh wound and then super glue to stop the bleeding. No apology. I assumed the salon is going to take care of this disaster so I was shocked when they charged me $40. No discount was given for the damage done to my nails on EITHER occasion. I will NEVER be going back.
