  • I went through the drive-thru at 5pm on a Sunday. Not a car in front of me. Ordered 2 grande drinks and waited 15 minutes. First drink came 10 minutes in and no straw. Five minutes later 2nd drink comes and she gives my card back. I requested her manager for the wait and she proceeded to give me a nasty look and argue. Following up with excuses to why it took so long and never got her manager. Needless to say I will never return to this location again.
