  • Company owner was the DJ at my wedding this past weekend. When we had our finally meeting, we said we wanted each couple in the bridal party to have their own entrance song. He said he wouldn't make the cd because it would take too much time. We gave him a cd with our grand entrance music a week before the wedding and he didn't test until the day of the wedding and it didn't work. I had to scramble to make a new cd. He was very pushy about staying on schedule, to the point where he became rude. (I understand staying close to schedule is needed, but he was rude about it). He made comments about the photographer taking too long and how "we aren't on their time". While testing equipment, somebody accidentally tripped over his power chord and his stuff came unplugged. I was told by a guest he was saying to himself (but loud enough for everyone to hear) how dumb that person was. He started playing the song my wife and I chose as our first dance as a regular play list song and he started playing the wrong song for the dance I had with my mom. When I told him it was the wrong song, he said it wasn't. This company says "complete customer satisfaction is the goal", and I can say they did not deliver. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
