  • Wanted to try this place from seeing it on "Check Please" and reading other articles and reviews. Decided to go here on my birthday for a Saturday lunch and was looking forward to the extensive menu from breakfast to dinner food variety. Drove from Scottsdale which was a 30 minutes away and when we got there after 1:00 pm we were the only 4 in the restaurant. When we arrived we had a lunch menu and I asked if there was breakfast or dinner items available and they said there was just the items on the lunch menu available. What a disappointment! We ordered the french dip, the chicken salad sandwich and the crab and shrimp canneloni. The French dip sandwich was good size with a large dipping bowl of au jus. The meat was tasty and some what tender. The chicken salad sandwich was refreshing but average. The crab and shrimp canneloni was rich but very good. The best item we ordered was the mushroom sampler. This was very good which we ordered th r mushrooms with Italian Sausage, Angry Shrimp, Spinach Florentine and The Godfather. All were served in like double spoons and very tasty and presentable. Would like to try the breakfast or dinner menu and really was disappointed that it was not available.
