  • I previously lived in a home managed by Invitation Homes and I absolutely loved their commitment to providing superior customer service. I have now been renting a home from Treehouse Properties and I am so miserable. They are not willing to compromise on ANYTHING. I try to keep the home well maintained as if it were the owner but they suck. I call, they never follow-up. Jennifer is polite but she is so busy; she has become useless to helping me, the customer. They are good at doing things half ass then acting you you should appreciate the little they did do. I would not recommend Treehouse to ANY ONE unless you want a constant headache!! I am ONLY having them with star because I have to!!!
