  • (Wow, I just realized this has been sitting in my draft box for over a year and didn't get posted...this post is for August 2013) Working with Jin was one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding. She is easy-going, professional, friendly, listens to your opinions, and is an expert at what she does. During our wedding cake tasting, Jin gave us different variations of the cake that we wanted and worked within our budget. She is super passionate about what she does and you can see/taste it through her work. Even after our wedding, some of our guests came up to us to tell us that it was one of the best cakes they've ever eaten.
