  • We found Happy Bear through my home warranty company and we will never use another heating and air company. I now specifically request only him with any new service requests through my warranty company, and highly recommend him to anyone needing service. One of our a/c units never operated properly since we purchased our home. After several calls and multiple contractors and hundreds of dollars later to no avail, we were finally introduced to Happy Bear. Not only did he fix the problem that none of the other companies could, but he was extremely punctual, courteous, honest and respectful of our time. He fixed the problem in very little time and even came out on a Sunday to install the part when it arrived. Other companies would simply pump the unit full of refrigerant and overcharge me, and the problem would still not be fixed. I'd have to issue a recall with the contractor the next day. Happy Bear actually diagnoses the problem and fixes it the first time. His attention to detail and his knowledge of his trade is unmatched. His service is exceptional.
