  • Thank youuuuu Yelp for again, pointing me in the right direction!!! I booked an appointment for my 8 month, 90 pound fluffy golden retriever baby for Saturday morning and chose to have them do the whole sha-bam - wash, dry, nails, ears, eyes, teeth and added a sanitary trim as well for his underside and bum. I called and spoke with Jeff, the owner, the day before and asked him a few questions about if I should bring my own shampoo I use on him because of his skin allergies. At the time of appointment, I decided against it because I figured they would have something for sensitive skin that would work just as well. I showed up right at 9am and everyone in there was so insanely friendly and happy!!! I felt comfortable right away and of course my pup was ecstatic to be around so many friendly people. I left him and about an hour and a half later, they called and said he was ready to be picked up. I returned shortly and my dog looked absolutely beautiful. The feathers on his tail and legs were so fluffy and pretty (one of the main reasons I wanted to have him professionally done) and his fur was sooooo clean and soft. It's been a few days since I had him there and he still looks perfect. He has been pretty itchy, so I think next time I will request that they use my shampoo I have for him, but he just smells and looks so much better. I had spoken with a few other people with goldens and they've talked about taking their dogs to pet store grooming studios and were paying almost $100 for a dog that weighed 25 lbs less than mine. Pricing is on the Later website and it shows the base price and can obviously go up based on how matted the fur is, difficult the dog acts etc. but I felt this place was EXTREMELY reasonable. For reasonable prices, exceptional services and a wonderful job done on my baby I would highly recommend anyone else bringing their pet here and I have already started passing the word along to my friends :)
