  • Right off the bat I was scared for my life in this native, servers were running around like chickens with their heads cut off, and the manager didn't seem to be helping at all. It took 45 minutes from when we ordered to receive our food and when we did both of our pizzas were soggy. The manager who delivered them looked and sounded like a grumpy Santa Claus with no regard for us customers. I am in disbelief of how bad the service was, compared to the native on Estrella.
