| - *This is not a one star review for the employees. The employees were super nice! This is for the actual car wash*
It's Sunday morning and I'm in no rush. I pull up to get my car wash, but the car wash is down. I am told to wait a few moments, it will be back up soon. I was given a free towel to dry my car and glass cleaner.
I wait for about 15 minutes, go through, and they couldn't get my tire to properly go on the track despite me driving straight on it. It was not an issue with the way I drove on it, it was a problem with the car wash. I go through and all of the washers hit my car, but there is no water. No soap. Just instruments hitting my car without any lubrication.
I get gas and then I go back through, stating that it did not work. They upgraded my wash and it seemed to work, but when I got out there were weird smears on my car. The one that stuck out the most was a big orange streak on the front that came off after I put some water on it.
I drove to lunch to meet my boyfriend. He noticed from afar that all of my hubcaps were scuffed. He asked if I curb romped because my back left tire was particularly scratched. He said that it wasn't like that earlier that morning when he left.
Now, I'm a good driver. I've never had any scratches on my car or my hubcap. It's a relatively new vehicle.
ALL of my hubcaps are scratched. Every. Single. One. I am SO infuriated by this car wash.
Again, the employees were super nice. I'm sure this was because of the car wash being down, but they should not have let anyone else through.
