  • I got my oil change back in February 2015. They only offer the expensive ~$70 oil change for my Altima saying they only have full synthetic for my car. Three months later I went to get my oil change at Nissan dealership. They said they can't do the oil change because the previous shop that did the oil change had stripped the screw from the oil pan. Jiffy Lube technician had used a bigger one than the original when screwing it back in. I can't leave the dealership as they had to order a new oil pan from the factory. Total cost of oil pan repair ~$400. I went and got an estimate of the repairs and went back to this Jiffy Lube and told them I need to get this rectified/reimbursed. The person there said the manager is not available. He had me fill out a form which I took a picture. I left and never heard a single thing from them. I will not use this Jiffy Lube location, and I will never use any Jiffy Lube location again! They gouge me on each oil change for ~$70 a pop and then caused my ~$400 repair which they won't acknowledge! Lousy service!
