  • Holy foie gras city. As many people have mentioned, the foie gras poutine is absolutely amazing. I was not at all disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. It's a tad crowded and very loud but that definitely contributes to the whole "Quebec cultural experience". One piece of advice - pace yourself and don't let your eyes win over your stomach this time... 2 appetizers can fill you right up due to how heavy the ingredients are. Definitely worth the visit! Oh and our waitress was the bomb! 5 Star service!
