  • I can't even begin to explain how awful this place is! Luckily I only bought products, I can't imagine what would have happened if I let them touch my hair. Manager is rude, nasty, undertrained and not even willing to learn. I can't imagine someone in the customer service industry treating someone so poorly. I will never step foot in this place again hopefully corporate can resolve this problem.
