  • Dropped my car off for a flat repair and was told it would be less than an hour. I wanted the flat fixed and a quote for four new tires. I called three hours later and it wasn't done. I asked if it would be done in the next hour and the manager(Elvis) said he would check with the techs and call me back. He called back and said they couldn't get it done. He said they only had two techs and had a bunch of cars come in. When I went to pick up my car they had cars that came in after me on the racks. I just don't get it. I guess they're not making enough money off new tires and would rather work on the repairs. Frustrating as now I've wasted the day and I need to find another place to fix my flat late in the evening. Update: went to Costco and it was fixed in 20 minutes and out the door. Ordered my new tires and they'll be in tomorrow! Should have went to Costco in the first place. Also, Costco has appointments now in the tire department.
