  • I've come here for years for oil/filter changes and new brakes. Generally great service until June 27th. When I picked up car from oil/filter change, the entire maintenance reminder system had been reset. The desk staff said they always reset the same way and implied I must not know how to use system. NO apology, NO follow thru, NO attempt to understand and follow up with their techs. Mistakes can happen -- tech must have hit "reset all" rather than each individual maintenance item (oil, filter only for this visit). Problem is car manufacturer blocks entry for service done for any date prior to today. So date of last service or replacement, mileage since that date, and reminders for next service due for brakes, battery, tire rotation, tires, etc. all lost!! Very disappointing...
