  • This was our third purchase from Mark Commander in the South Hills store. Mark brought samples to our home, measured, discussed the details of the installation and provided a very fair price. Yesterday we received a confirmation call from Kim for the job. Early this morning we were given a time window. Then Scott called when he was leaving the warehouse to advise that he and his son would arrive in 30 minutes. Right on time, they checked the jobsite and really went to work. Moved the furniture, took up the old carpet and padding, swept the floor, and installed new padding. The carpet was cut, put down and trimmed. Precisely! This is a very professional father and son team. No cell phone calls. No texting. No random 20 minute smoke breaks. The work is incredible: accurate, tight fit along the baseboards and where the carpet meets the flooring in adjacent rooms. No paint dings. No beat-up baseboards. No sloppy, loose edges or threads. No mess: all unused material was removed. The jobsite was spotless. Molyneaux is a local family business. They communicate. They have top-quality craftsmen. They care. Think about the last two words: THEY CARE. That's why you call Molyneaux.
