  • The photographer who worked with us was VERY NICE. Overall, the people working at the Champaign branch are very nice. There is no doubt about that. But the company has shady practices. first and foremost, they claim to give you all the shots they took on a CD. They give you the CD but they shots they give you are ultra low resolution. worse than a VGA webcam resolution. second, they will NOT give you the hi resolution pictures. they keep the files in encrypted format on the cd. so when you go to them, they decrypt them and print for you. misrepresentation and false advertising. depending on the photographer working with you, you may or may not have a good experience. the person we were working with did no pressure us and was extremely polite. he let us drive the session and pick what poses and pictures to take. but remember, you need to take charge. if you want a bunch of photos at resonable cost, this place is good. no doubt about it. but if you want your pictures on the CD at the full resolution they were taken at, good luck getting them. Also, never sign the copyright release form. if you do, you are agreeing they own your photos.
