The difference between most Shoppers are pretty minimal, but occasionally you'll find one that sticks out. Usually not in a good way.
This location is very conveniently located, which means it's usually pretty busy. They seem permanently understaffed when it comes to cashiers and even on a random Thursday night where you're picking up some milk, you'll be waiting a while. Cashiers range from indifferent to friendly, per usual with retail.
Product selection is the norm for Shoppers. There is an electronics section, although they seldom seem to update and a large cosmetics section. This store does seem to have the bad habit of selling expired products; Like dog treats two years over the Exp. date and milk that must have been left over for a while, because it seems sour out of the bag.
Understandably, this Shoppers is in such a convenient location many people will shrug and go to this one. But my recommendation is; Avoid when possible. There's a Loblaws just down the street, a couple of smaller mom n' pop shops on St Clair and just plain better Shoppers in other neighbourhoods.
