  • Not only did he fix it on the spot (under 10 minutes) and with no fuss. But he was friendly and honest. He replaced a lost part I didn't realize I was missing until I took my machine in for him after taking it to A-1 and quoted and obscene amount by them. Total cost = $20! That's over $100 cheaper than A-1 quoted me. Will definitely be using these guys for all my sewing needs.
