  • Bill Worlock installed a new a/c unit in our home. The installation was faulty. We noticed a water leak under the new unit with extensive damage to walls and baseboards. Both the connection pipe which he installed to our existing pipe (drainage system) had broken causing the water leak. When Bill came out to inspect the damage, he told us that our existing pluming was old. He said he would not fix the pipes he broke nor the damage to the walls. He proposed a solution at an extra cost involving re-piping drainage through the ceiling with no guarantees the ceiling would not leak, which was unacceptable We have a signed form stating that Worlock has a 2year workmanship warranty that was not honored. Upon contacting the AZ BBB, their Air Conditioning Industry Advisory Committee (ACIAC) has reviewed our claim and has decided that we should be reimbursed for the repairs. We are still waiting to hear from Worlock! Stay clear of this company. They were dishonest and unethical.
