  • This is a wonderful dealership. From purchasing my brand new TC here in 2011, to every service, just excellent! I purchased my car from Terry Pickle at the young age of 19 and never felt hustled or taken advantage of. It was the easiest, most pleasant process. We had checked out a few other sketchy dealerships prior to coming here and the service was unmatched. To this day, 4 years later, Terry still calls every once in a while to check up on the car and myself, and even wishes me a happy birthday. As far as service, yes it takes a while but I know that my car is being cared for. I have never had a problem after service and they make me feel that much safer on the road. The service guys are accommodating and tell you what you're getting up front. They have TV, coffee, water, snacks, a vending machine, and open seating. They also offer a free shuttle service if you want to go grab lunch while you wait. I love my car but have been dreaming of purchasing a Tacoma. When I do, I won't go anywhere other than Avondale.
