rev:text	Rudest staff I have ever come across. Back story: we called in to verify we could come in immediately for a walk-on for our pet. They said yes, absolutely. Happily, we put our sick pet in the car and took her there. When we got there, the receptionist looked incredibly inconvenienced that a customer, who called ahead to verify, was standing in front of her with a sick animal. She only told us that she could not help us, and that she wouldn't tell us to come in for walk -ins as they stopped doing that at 11:45. We said that that was not what we were told, or else we wouldn't have come. To help us, she had 3 additional people tell us the same thing. Understanding, we asked what we could do. They told us we could pay an $100 emergency fee to see the cat 15 minutes later than the "walk-in" time. Instead of letting us down gently, a very abrasive woman stood very close to my face to let me know the same information that they couldn't help us as 3 other people prior had done. They told us we could wait for 2 hours with a sick animal if we wanted to. They were all very passive aggressive, and told us there was no worry because her eyes seemed fine- which was great to hear-but not at all relevant to the problem. ZERO customer service, ZERO competency amongst the staff of girls that worked there. NEVER will step foot in there again, I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life by "professional staff" in my entire life. 0/10. I will make sure I tell all my fellow pet owners about our experience.
