  • We were excited to try this restaurant for the first time so on one of the coldest days in January, we called to order takeout at 7:00 PM. They said they couldn't take the order over the phone and to come in to place the order. Strange, but ok.... so we bundle up and head Downtown. We arrive at 7:38 and the staff looks up from their cleaning only to say they close at 8 and are all cleaned up. I said we called not long ago and were told to come down and they are open for 20 minutes yet. Silence. I asked why they didn't tell us on the phone they couldn't serve us. Silence. No apology. Nothing. They refused to serve us. I tried to contact the management online through the website but zero response. No matter what the food is like, their behavior and lack of any apology is inexcusable, and the management clearly could care less. Will never return and will make sure I share this outrageous experience with others.
