  • Very Disappointing experience both during service and after. Initially I read a lot of good reviews on Yelp about USA Auto Service. However, there were also a few very negative reviews. I wish I would have paid more attention to the negative reviews. My wife and I both had our oil changed in November. We requested our tires to be rotated as well since it was promoted as a free service. When my wife's car was completed, I checked to discover they did not rotate the tires. I asked why and the owner said that tires only need to be rotated every 15,000 miles. Well ask any tire company and you will discover that is completely wrong. So they quickly rushed her car back in and rotated the tires, but in the process splattered oil all over the paint which made a mes mess. I watched closely as the technician changed the oil in my car. It appeared that he was doing a good job, but soon I would discover differently. Several weeks after the oil change, my car started leaking oil onto my garage floor. Initially I thought it may be an oil pan gasket or something of that nature. I really didnt think that a simple oil change could have caused this problem. I took my car to Kia who inspected it and advised me that the oil filter o-ring was incorrectly installed by the last oil change technician and consequently was slowing allowing oil to leak out and run down my engine block until it dripped onto the floor. Kia fixed the problem without charge even though it was not a warranty repair. So even though this USA Auto Service was inexpensive and talked a big story, they were not worth going to and I will never return again. Dont make the same mistake I did and apparently many others have by trusting a good Yelp rating score on this business. This is not a company you want to do business with.
