  • Recently ordered from the store. My 3 1/2' piece of glass ended up into a many pieces. I contacted Ashley and the representatives had told us 3 different things. 1. Called ups and they will handle it. 2. We will send send you a new piece 3. Sorry we are just going to send you a refund so you can buy glass from someone else. I am sitting here with a bunch of broken glass and getting the run around with what seems of empty promises of a refund or solution. I consider this to be unacceptable.
