  • We were referred to Jim by friends I've known for 25 years, and whose business decisions I trust wholeheartedly. Jim has worked to ensure my mother's home, umbrella and auto coverage are sufficient and that she stays up to date with her auto payments and paperless communication settings. When the fire sprinkler in her new-to-her home sprung a leak and the ceiling wouldn't stop raining into the living room at midnight, Jim was the person who gave us a reference to a contractor who actually showed up, helped us find a reliable sprinkler service company and get the water stopped. Jim stayed in the background and in communication with us as we worked with a Farmer's adjustor and said contractor, making sure we knew what Mom's policy covered and making a tough situation smooth from the insurance side. This happened less than two months in to her time as one of Jim's clients. He treated her, and me, with the utmost respect and kindness. When Mom's auto payment hit a glitch when she got a new credit card, he reached out immediately to help us and make sure she maintained coverage, even though she was out of the country. I would not hesitate for an instant to refer anyone to Jim and I am beyond grateful to my dear friend for putting us in touch with him. He has made managing my elderly mother's insurance needs, from a distance, as smooth and pleasant as I could hope for, and has sought to save her budget whenever possible.
