  • Been a customer at this store for around 3 years. In my opinion, Cost Cutters is the best of all "Cut Rate" (get it!) hair styling emporiums. Early on I simply sat with whoever was next up, and always felt like I had a decent haircut for a reasonable price. The past two years I have waited for one of their long time employees, "Lisa", who gives me the best haircuts - consistently the best - I have ever had. And that includes those long ago days when I thought that I had to pay $25+ for a quality haircut. I call ahead to confirm that "Lisa" is on duty.
