  • I cannot say enough good things about this company. I planned a pickup for my parents who live in AZ (I live in IL). Early 5am pickup. I called Tom ahead of time and he immediately knew my parents reservation and could talk to the reservation (even the small details I added in my comments). The driver called my parents ahead of time and let them know he was there (but lost in the complex- it's complicated). Point being- he was a great communicator. So polite and helpful. As a daughter across the country- HUGE RELIEF. I'm getting ready to schedule their pickup as well. THANK YOU Way 2 Go Airport Transportation!!!!
