  • This a great place for food, not necessarily for service. The greeting we received was as if we were passing by on the street. It took 15 minutes before someone came by to get our drink orders, by that point we were ready to order. We put our orders in and awaited our food. Our food came with the same enthusiasm as our initial greeting. The saving grace of this place is the food, and is the only reason I would come back. As we were eating, I ran out of my water and tried to flag someone standing at the cash register 3 times before being recognized. We asked for a box for my wife, usually that is an indicator that a customer is ready to go and to prepare the check. Nope, they didn't get the hint. After about 20 minutes, I went to the counter and asked for the bill and paid. I am very disappointed with the service I received at this establishment. I hope they can turn things around.
