  • Life 365 Portraits is the worst. First, the send someone to take pictures in the hospital when you're exhausted, emotional and hormonal. They take some cute photos, show you an adorable slide show, then hit you with the ridiculous pricing. You want pictures of your baby, because who leaves the hospital without hospital pictures of their baby? So you pony up, and pay. A few weeks go by, you get a call, they tell you that you're still due for a free 8 x 10 photo which was included in your original package, and they'll even send someone to your house. You're still exhausted, because who gets sleep when you have a newborn at home? So you say, sure, lets do this, I don't even have to put on pants and leave the house! Someone shows up to your house, they spend a ton of time taking cute pictures of your baby again, they take the baby to the limit, get them to the point where they're cranky, and want this person to leave them alone. Now the baby is crying because they're annoyed by all the pictures, so this person tells you if you pay them $90, you can get the milestone package, and they'll come back for a few more photo sessions. You just want them to leave so you can calm your baby down, and they won't leave you alone about how you can't get this deal after they leave your house. You're a sucker, so you pay them the money. A few more days go by and they set up a call so they can show you the photos. They call you from somewhere with the worst cell phone reception in the world, so you barely hear or understand half of what they're saying, but you see tons of cute pictures of your baby, so you are OK with the poor cell phone reception. Then the end comes, and they inform you that in order to afford these pictures, and the pictures for the next few sessions you already paid for, you will need to take out a second mortgage on your house. At this point, hopefully the 3 business days have not passed since you signed up for the milestone package and you can cancel and get your money back, or hopefully you had the fortitude to not even get to this point. TLDR: This company is a joke, they don't even allow reviews on their Facebook page because they know how awful they are. Don't waste your time, or more importantly, your money using them.
