  • We were driving around looking for Pho in Las Vegas. We went to Pho Sing Sing based on the recommendations on Yelp. I had vermicelli noodles with chicken and egg rolls and my wife has the seafood noodle soup. We also had Shrimp Summer Rolls and a Taro Boba Smoothie. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The owner told us that she's a former singer that's why it's called Pho Sing Sing. By the way their Boba drinks are excellent. For example, on the Taro Boba Smoothie which we really loved, they don't use Taro powder like most Pho shops. They said they actually cook the Taro themselves and blend it in the drink so the drink does not get too watery or too sweet. It was in a local crowd so Pho Sing Sing was a good find-we'll be back on future trips to Las Vegas. The restaurant is only a few minutes from the Down and the Strip/ I-15- lo at Spring Mountain Road. This is in an area with Asian Plazas with Chinese Hong Kong/Dim Sun, Korean BBQ restaurants and Asian grocery stores etc. Check it out.
