  • What a ripoff! First off the guy ripped me off on a sensor told me to go inside the house will take him 45 minutes. He called me back down in 5 minutes and charged me a 149. I asked what did he do he said he replaced the sensor inside in 5 minutes. He the. Tried to update me on different items but I was like no. I then went to Home Depot and asked them about opening a sensors. They said you just replace it you don't open it up. So the guy ripped me off and I don't think he replaced it. So I called the head quarters to complain and the two kids on the other line kept hanging up on me. When I proceeded to call back they started calling me derogatory racial slurs. So now I started to hang up but they kept on calling my phone and yelling N***** over and over again. I will never ever use this company again. They are dishonest.
