  • I went today as a new patient and I have to say I was impressed. Nice front office staff - they were singing late this afternoon and were hilarious. Nice clean modern office. I had a new MA bring me back and she did a good job . She was nervous but we all start somewhere and i've been a nurse for 25 years and being friendly and polite is a great start. I saw Dr Pack - down to earth nice guy. Listened to my history and answered any questions I had. I didn't have to wait at all but I know that some days it might not be that way. They tried to get me some labs drawn today and tried to get prior auth which wasn't possible. It wasn't their fault it was Cigna and their usual circus parade. I will go back for labs when my insurance approves it. I would definitely recommend this office
