WORST. VALET. EVER. I would've given Vdara 4 stars if it wasn't for their valet and considering that they only have a valet and no self parking, it's kind of a big deal. The valet parking garage is somewhat close to the valet pick up and as I waited for my car I heard pretty loud screeching of tires and brakes. I hoped it wasn't my car but soon after my car came out and as the valet guy started braking my brakes were also screeching...like wuhhhhhtttt. Oh and I was the only there at pick-up. My car is 3 1/2 yrs old and my brakes are 6 months old! Even I myself don't make my tires screech and eff my brakes up that much!!! I'm fairly upset and had wished I gotten his name but I was giving him doubt but the moment I started driving my car I knew he messed it up.
Don't get me wrong though, not all the valet guys are like that but at the same time considering that Vdara is a high-end hotel, something like this shouldn't go on unnoticed! I actually am from Vegas and have high standards for these places and nothing like this has EVER HAPPENED elsewhere. It's quite disappointing that that specific employee had no respect for my car, I honestly shouldn't even have tipped him. Ugh! EVERYONE BEWARE, just park at the Aria for self parking or other surrounding properties and walk rather than having to take your car to the shop -____-
So disappointing.
I don't write reviews and it's pretty sad that my first one had to be this bad!
