  • Nicholas Belkin was our Realtor. We met him at a random open house and he was the only Realtor that we came across that actually followed up with us in our search. He started taking us to see houses in October 2014 and by the end of November 2014, he found us the dream home that we're living in now! Nick was always so professional, polite, courteous, friendly and even good with our toddler, who we brought along to all the houses. He would point out things in houses that might not be desirable to us, even though it meant that we wouldn't like a potential house anymore. He was really looking out for us and would ask us often what we like/dislike about a house, so that he could narrow down our continuing search. Nick is an attentive, approachable, honest and knowledgeable Realtor. He gave us plenty of information about the area and local schools, as we're from out of town; he also knows quite a bit about construction which is relevant in home buying. He was so helpful throughout the whole offer and purchasing process, too. We are so ever grateful that we came across Nick, and have and continue to recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone that is looking for their very own dream home!
