  • Horrible service. Its time they the company was cut and run by a private organization. I think people are being generous giving them 1 or 2 stars. Delivery issues, huge waits on the phone - the list of problems goes on and on... I asked for a package to be delivered to the front door (shaded), but they ignored the instructions and left my 100 leef cutter bee pupae to bake in the mailbox.....
