  • Between the torn carpet, dead lizard in the light fixture that I'm sure is still there, the loud tweakers with an aggressive dog down the hall, and the fact that they couldn't accommodate us when we needed more time because they had an "event" ... I'm not impressed. Most of the staff was great, but it's kind of just half hearted and not really about the guests.
