  • Always lousy service because it is run by students who want to chat instead of work. The line wouldn't be so long if employees could work while they talk but most of their coworkers and customers are in their classes. There is the same amount of employees here as a drive thru location and yet they still struggle to get drinks made or food hot in a timely manner. Next nearest Starbucks is a seven minute walk.
