  • Rip off! Avoid this location! I went in to get a flat fixed. No big deal since NTB had installed it and I had the road hazard warranty. They fixed the flat then called me "Your rear brakes are metal to metal! They could seize at any moment! You need to have them fixed right away!" Unfortunately for NTB, I had had my brakes checked by the dealer less than a month before and they were fine. I told this the the guy on the phone. He continues to try to sell me a $500 brake job. I finally hang up on him. Ten minutes later, the location manager calls me to tell me how serious the issue is and how he wants to earn my business today. I tell him no thanks and pick up my car. Now curious, I go to the dealer to get the brakes checked. The result? THEY ARE FINE! This location of NTB is nothing but a den of con men. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
