  • Let me start off by saying the only reason I gave it three stars because I did have a good time. The atmosphere and the low key vibe and music was great. Even the people beside us playing was considerate and kind. But the staff at the front desk is rude as hell. They look at you with disgust and when we was putting on our bowling shoes she suggested we had two minutes to get to our lane. Excuse me? Last time I check the time starts when I start playing. I'm from out of town and was visiting for the weekend. My mother and I were spending quality time together so we didn't want to ruin our time there. But if the establishment does read this please hire new staff for the front desk. The curly hair diva hardly uttered two words and acted as though she was too good to be giving out/collecting bowling shoes. If you're not satisfied with your job I suggest you get a new one. Why have two staff at the front desk when one rarely talks or acts professional and the other one has no friendly expression.
