  • Worst company ever. AHS uses them as a contractor for HVAC work. Needless to say here we are 48 hours later and the issue has not been resolved. They sent out a tech today and he claimed that it was NV energys fault and that the reason my furnace does not work is because of there faulty thermostat. He wouldn't even change the thermostat to confirm it was a faulty thermostat. So he leaves and I call NV energy they send a employee out hours later tonight and the NV energy employee replaces the thermostat with the new one and goes it's not the thermostat it's your furnace. This isn't the first time I have seen home warranty contractors send out a company to fix something and they blame it on us. Not to mention the technician they sent out was extremely rude and rushed through the whole job. I don't know how people like this are in business with the piss poor customer service they offer. Thanks for letting me freeze to death you bunch of hacks. Just so everyone day 3 of no heat in my home due to there incompetent technician Reuben coming out and claiming he fixed the problem to me at 3pm on 12/3/16 and now it's not working at midnight again. I have the guys cellohne and I call him and now he tells me it's the computer board in the furnace. Don't you think a qualified technician in HVAC would have figured this out the first time he came. Please do not let this hack job scam company come into your home or you will suffer the same consequences. AMA worst company in America may your building catch fire and burn in the flames of hell that it belongs : )
