  • I have to admit that the drinks were great as they always are at Starbucks. The staff need to be trained that leaving a customer standing in front of them at the register waiting for them to finish a personal conversation for several minutes is not acceptable. Zero pleasantries were offered, not even a hello, or a good afternoon. The staff person just looked at me. I said hello and she took my order. No thank you. No, "it will be ready at the end of the counter". Nothing. I went to the end of the counter and politely waited for my order. When the barista put the four drinks I ordered on the counter, I asked for a drink holder. I said please. The barista slapped the holder on the counter and walked away. I was with my friends who all looked shocked how rude the staff were in this Starbucks. I will not return to this Starbucks.
