  • -Ordered 2 chicken padthai, stingy portion sizes -was charged for 4 padthais; instead of offering to correct the error, staff suggested we return on another day despite there being no other customers in the store. -staff said he wasn't aware of how to process a refund, so we asked for cash refund instead, we were told there was not enough cash in the til for a $20 refund; we ended up leaving with $20 cash refund.
