  • I had an excellent experience at China Tang. I had a reservation so there was no wait for seating. The service was excellent as was the food. The ambiance was great, especially with the live music. Do not go to China Tang is you are expecting PF Chang's style. PF's is not legit Chinese food, China Tang is! Also, a special thank you to Michael Yi, the GM, for taking the time to check in with us and talking about the story behind China Tang. I did not realize that the flagship property is in China. China Tang is easily one of my new favorites in Vegas.
