  • Little disappointed that it's a coincidence that the vehicle needs new battery one month pass it's three years full replacement warranty. But what really upsetting was the vehicle already needing to be jumped several times when I brought it for oil change back in May. I've told the service agent, and everything checked out just fine. Now I have to pay prorated price for new battery even though the agent at that time said she will take care of it for me if it happen again. But once again another coincidence she no longer works there.
