  • I have lived at Park on Bell for over 2 years now and I can't state enough great things about living here. The upkeep is exceptional inside as well as outside. They are constantly maintaining the outside by trimming the grass, trees, picking up trash and litter and making sure the pool is sparkling and the fire pit area is refreshing and welcoming. Every issue I have brought to the attention of management has been resolved within the next day and I think for an apartment the finishes are wonderful. I like having black appliances and having a washer/dryer inside my apartment. When having friends over they are always amazed at the kitchen area and the size of the apartment as I take great pride in showing them around and where I call home. I will admit This is not a cheap place to live! But don't dismiss it because of the price. I get a great feeling of having a place I can proudly call home and not just a place to crash for awhile, its worth it. I get the most value for my money here and the staff are THE BEST around. They handle every issue with a professional attitude and a willingness to make a difference!
