Pros: I was able to get an appointment very quickly. I called on a Friday and had an appointment by the following Monday. They even sent a text message to confirm the appointment. You don't have to fill out paperwork when you arrive. Instead, front office staff take you back into an office to complete the information directly into the computer. Everyone was very friendly and smiley.
Cons: The place is very bare and sterile. It feels very "corporate" and impersonal. Although everyone was friendly - it was the kind of friendly that is trained (e.g. Always greet customer. Always ask customer questions a. b. and c.). The dentist I saw seemed friendly, but both he and the dental hygienist had no bedside manner at all. You kind of just blend in with the furniture. The dental hygienist had congestion and sniffled and wiped his nose repeatedly. I wondered secretly if they have such poor benefits that he was unable to call in sick, but I've never had a dental hygienist with the sniffles. It made me really uncomfortable and a bit grossed out. Finally, the worst part was that the cleaning they provided (and most certainly charged the insurance company for) was breezy at best: a quick polish and a floss last no more than about 5-7 minutes. I am used to 45 minute cleanings that are very thorough and include scraping for plaque with a tooth scale.
Overall: If your insurance or price concerns bring you here without much choice, you'll be fine. They were very nice and for the most part they got the job done (a filling). If you are here for a cleaning, I would definitely ask to get the full deep cleaning and not just a polish. If you have good dental insurance, I would look elsewhere for a more high quality and personal experience from a more established dental office.
