  • I have had my standard poodle groomed there a few times as a puppy. They did a pretty good job when I didn't want them to trim her except her paws and ears and around her face. Yesterday, I had them do a full groom and was expecting to come back to a puppy cut poodle. My poor dog looks like an idiot! They did not shave her face like I asked, but they did cut her ears and head short! Have they never seen how a poodle is supposed to be cut?! I would think that was grooming 101! My dog also appeared to have been given something to calm her down. I don't necessarily mind that, but I should be told. Horrible place. Do not take your dog there if they need to be trimmed at all.
