  • I decided to update my review due to my most recent visit here. I was long overdue in having my eyebrows cleaned up and decided to return to Passion Nails because it was closer than my favorite spot. This was a Thursday morning and it wasn't busy at all. I was called back right away and the lady recognized me immediately. When she stated she was finished, I noticed once again that she skipped combing my eyebrows upward to trim them with the scissors. I decided it was alright because when she was finished my eyebrows looked fine. So the first problem was when I paid. The total was $8.00 and I gave her a $10. She said thank you and walked off, and I waited because I will tip after you return my money. I was baffled she assumed she didn't owe me any money back. So I allowed her to keep $1.00 for the tip because frankly, they do sub par work. When I get home I really look at my eyebrows,  and I decided to place sculpting gel on them, here's when I get ticked. I brush my eyebrows upward and there is still long hair on both eyebrows,  which made me irritated because I had to sculpt them to where the hairs would APPEAR arched. Anyways, that was my very last trip there, the laziness is real and it's a waste of time and money.
