  • Made an on line appointment, but they didn't have a record of it. Needed a new right side rear view mirror. Not only didn't they have it, but according to them no Honda Dealership in the USA had one. I find that hard to believe. They said they had to call internationally and they would call me back. One week later I'm still waiting for their call. Poor Customer Service.
